Wedding Ice Desserts

At the end of their Wedding Buffet most brides and grooms have a dessert laid on for their guests (creme brulee, strawberry dessert, Eton Mess...or some other dessert).

Guests tend not to get a choice of what they can have or choose. Once it has been placed in front of them it is usually eaten within five minutes.

Let's try something different!

Wedding Ice Desserts is Shave Ice (snow) in a goblet/glass and made extra special - in layers:

Just as an example,

We first layer the bottom of the goblet/glass with a generous layer of Shave Ice,

then a layer of creamy vanilla ice cream,

then another layer of Shave ice

Finally - topping with syrups in your wedding colours (from blue to orange to green to yellow. Within reason, we have a rainbow of colours and flavours to choose from).

As a final, final extra (and for extra specialness,) we can top it with a tropical umbrella and a Marachino cherry. Now this is a dessert that will be remembered!
